Exchanges
Please contact us within 7 days if an exchange is needed for any items store front pickup, or shipped. The count starts when the item is delivered into your possession.
All items need to be returned in the same shape they left in. This means unworn, no special fragrances, and please if you take the tag off return it with the item if possible, as well as your receipt.Â
We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost or stolen items. Once they leave our hands this means they are also out of our control. You will need to take this up with the postal services. We have a business to run and protect and we are trying our best by doing our part.Â
